We're back! Join us for our first in-person concert at the Pinecrest Gardens Banyan Bowl amphitheater.

About us
Since its inception in 1970, the Civic Chorale of Greater Miami has grown to nearly seventy singers. We are a non-auditioned community choir, comprised of singers from all walks of life – from novices to music teachers to professional performers. Our ranks represent the diversity of our South Florida community, and range in age from the young to the very young at heart.
We all, however, share a common love for the singing of great choral music. Our repertoire is as diverse as our membership - from Bach to Bernstein, from Mozart to Duke Ellington, and so much more!
We are committed to presenting high-quality concerts of choral music, which will enrich, entertain, and educate the residents of Greater Miami. By partnering with community and arts organizations as well as outreach venues, the Civic Chorale seeks to expand its reach and share the beautiful art form that is choral music with citizens from all walks of life in South Florida.
As of May 2018, we welcome Misty Bermudez, well known to audiences of South Florida for her work as a professional singer and educator, as the new Artistic Director of the Civic Chorale of Greater Miami. Together with CCGM’s dedicated staff and enthusiastic volunteers, she aims to continue the great work of her predecessors by growing the membership of the group and further improving the quality of its performances.
